Red Yeast Rice

• Dosage: 1 Tbsp (15ml) daily or as preferred.
• Squeeze onto a spoon or directly into the mouth to consume. May be mixed into a beverage of your choice and be taken with or without food.
• If given the ok by your licensed physician, take 1 tbsp daily. Can be taken on the rise or in the evening.
• You can squeeze it onto a spoon or mix it into a cool or hot beverage of choice or drizzle over your favorite treat. We love adding this formula to our smoothies and yogurts early in the day!
• This formula can be taken at any time of day and with or without food. If you are looking for maintenance, we recommend cycling- 3 weeks on and one week off. If your cholesterol levels are high, and you need to lower them, we recommend taking this formula consistently. ⁣
• Store: in a cool, dark place or refrigerate after opening. Do not freeze.

• Organic Conjugated Linoleic Acid: A unique fatty acid derived from Asteraceae thistle extracts and organic sunflower oil containing phosphatidylcholine (used for liposomes).
